One of Neil’s very first keynote talks about his infamous #findmike story took place at Goldman Sachs in 2016, being interviewed by Sally Boyle, their international head of Human Capital at the time.
This was one of the very first open forum conversations Goldman Sachs had with the topic of mental health and suicide at their London Headquarters and would contribute to the ongoing culture change at the company.
RESULT OF THE EVENT
The event and story telling Neil delivered at Goldman Sachs was received so well as to influence the company to sponsor and partner with Neil’s Flagship international mental health conference he founded which attracted speakers such as Prince William.
This conference and partnership with Goldman Sachs was to be influential in showcasing how a simple conversation can lead to developing real change and awareness within the workplace
